Chapter 24
The Overload Principle

When defending against a larger attacker, the Overload Principle teaches us to apply disproportionate resources against a targeted part of the opponent’s body. In life, this principle encourages us to identify where we have a unique advantage, and then to double-down to maximize our success.

In chapter twenty-four, Rener takes you back to several significant milestones where he bet on himself, and came out on top.
